Roast marshmallows at the fire pit or relax in the hot tub or prepare a gourmet dinner party in the well appointed kitchen with Weber grill. Outdoor games include portable Pingpong Table, Corn Hole, and Croquet. In Winter, enjoy the convenience of skiing right out from the house, coming home for lunch and hot chocolate, or simply watching the ski world go by from your private deck with hot tub or fire pit with seating for 12. You can also enjoy Windham Apres Ski Entertainment at the base lodge..... dining and dancing without ever getting in the car......or simply walk to downtown Windham Main Street. The newly renovated alpine home offers a main house with 5 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and an attached cottage with 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 with magnificent mountain views. The custom alpine decor features vaulted ceilings, 3 stone fireplaces, and well appointed kitchen, linens and towels. The great room and dining room are designed around a central stone fireplace with flat screen TV and bar overlooking the Bunny Slope and pond. There are 2 additional private dens and lower recreation room with 60 inch TV. The deck includes a large hot tub with endless views of the slopes and base area, patio table and chairs and Weber grill . There is also a large fire pit for fireside cocktails and next to a small fishing pond. The home also offers a full size washer/dryer, large entry mudroom, exterior ski locker , and ample parking for guests.
