Silver Mountain is the newest, most luxurious and convenient condos in Bear Valley Village. The beautiful and ultra modern 20 unit Silver Mountain Condo is a family friendly 3 story condominium in the heart of the quaint Bear Valley Village. Silver Mountain is our second home. Our condo is located on the third floor, conveniently serviced either by elevator or stairs. It is spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. It is tastefully decorated and comfortably appointed with all the modern conveniences, including a gourmet kitchen, romantic master bedroom with canopy bed and full bathroom, upstairs guest bedroom capable of sleeping 4 with wall mount TV/DVD and full bathroom, first level relaxing guest bedroom with view of the trees and mountain, first level full bathroom with jacuzzi tub, and lovely living/dining room with gas fireplace. The ground floor is gated, covered, restricted parking. One garage parking spot per unit, however there is ample additional free parking right out front. The condo also features robust radiant floor heating, new Bosch stainless appliances, convenient drive in feature allowing for easy unloading and loading next to the elevator, granite counters, jacuzzi bath, DSL, WIFI, and covered parking for one car. Many of the owners and renters are friendly families, so any given weekend or Holiday week, you may find adults and happy children meeting in the hallways, or out in the meadow beside the condo enjoying climbing on the boulder pile, or playing in the snow. They will be happy to share with you the local secrets - whether it is the best hiking trail, ski in trail, or fishing spot. Bear Valley is called the FRIENDLIEST Mountain in the West for a reason.
