Our 2,800 square foot home features 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and is located 5 miles from downtown Durango and 29 miles (30 minutes) from Purgatory Ski Resort.
This home is in one of the nicest residential settings in the Durango area and is situated on 1 acre offering privacy and seclusion - yet just minutes from downtown Durango.
The house features a generously equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The main living space features great views of the the diverse and colorful foliage surrounding this luxury home. There are two separate living spaces making the home perfect for multiple families or for separating the kids and adults. The main deck features an outdoor dining table and additional seating outside of winter.

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
