Positive: Building is secure, I wasn't getting past the security guard without showing the QR code I got from the host. Building fairly new, and the unit was small, but enough space for a temporary stay.
Negative: Nothing really within walking distance outside the complex, we had a rental car to get around. We heard the train horn frequently, but it stopped running after 8PM.
Summary: Good place to stay for day trips to surrounding areas.
