Built in 2022, both levels have vaulted 10ft ceilings for an airy, spacious feel with wide-open views and clean modern finishes. On the upper level, enjoy a comfortable living area with a flat screen TV, fireplace and a half bath in the hallway. Off of the living area is a dining area and designated workspace. There is a full kitchen, complete with breakfast bar, oven, dishwasher, gas stove top, large refrigerator/freezer, and quartz counter tops. Also on the upper level is the grand main bedroom suite. This spacious room features a king bed, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a large shower (incl. three shower heads), separate lavatory, and double sinks. On the lower level, each of the 2 bedrooms has a queen bed, one with with a walk-out patio to a fully-fenced yard with wildflower garden and large private hot tub. The garage storage and garage parking are reserved for the owner.
