This fantastic beach home has everything you can imagine and more, including an elevator. Your rental space is divided into a five bedroom, three bath DUPLEX on the lower floor of two levels. You will appreciate the elegant, bright, and open floor plan. Perfectly located just a few minutes walk to the beach. Parking for appx. 4 cars in the driveway. Then rent a golf cart for local fun. Quality and tasteful touches throughout, include an updated kitchen/living room open floor plan, with a 50" smart tv situated to enjoy gathering the family on the sectional and in the eat-in dining space (seating for 10). Treat yourself well and claim the master suite with it's own spacious, private bath (tub/shower combo). There are four additional guest rooms, all on the same floor. Within those bedrooms are a combination of queen beds (4 total-sleeps 8). For the kids' guest room you'll find 1 full bed, plus bunk beds (3 total-sleeps 4). These bedrooms share two full tub/shower combination baths off the main hallway. Smart tv's in every room for when it's time to retreat and relax. You can enjoy the amazing weather and beautiful views from either front or back balconies. This house offers your own private pool surrounded by lush landscape and lounge chairs. The pool is NOT heated. There is an enclosed/outdoor shower. Also, on the bottom level, guest can enjoy the covered outdoor space with extra seating for games or grilling (propane gas grill provided). This home is the perfect accommodations for family entertainment and fun!
