This is a 3br 2 bath house is within walking distance to Brownwood Town Square. Very well decorated with a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. A large heated pool within walking distance from the house. We do provide a 4-seated golf cart for all your adventures in the Villages. At the town center you will find great entertainment with live music every night with fantastic restaurants.
The house is 1,900 sq feet, The master has a king bed and ensuite as well as two rooms with Queen beds and a lovely bathroom. Comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. The fully screened in lanai is filled with the very comfortable furniture including a fire pit so you can relax and enjoy a glass of wine. There is a barbecue grill outside for your grilling needs.
