The wow factor of the open kitchen area is amazing. There is a full kitchen with an island that has seating for 5. This spreads open to two story space that encompasses a dining area and a sitting area. This space is faced with full French doors that open to a deck that runs the length of the house and the doors and deck offer beautiful Lake Michigan views across the street.
Enter through the mudroom/laundry room with front loading washer dryers. There is a vestibule with a pantry and a powder room. This main level has three bedrooms.
There is a master suite with his and her closets and a spacious bathroom with two vanities and a walk-in shower. This master suite has French doors to the lake side porch. The opposite side of the home offers two large bedrooms that share a hall full bathroom. One of these bedrooms has French doors to the lake side porch. All three of these bedrooms have queen beds.
The lower level has large entertainment space which has billiards and a large media viewing area with lots of couch and chair seating.
Additionally, there is a bedroom on the English Basement side which has French doors to a private patio with a fire pit and view of a pond and Lake Michigan. This bedroom has an ensuite full bathroom. This bathroom also has a door to the media space, for access from the main room.
Additional space is in the full height loft above the kitchen, accessed by a proper staircase. This loft has a desk, a media viewing area, and a game table. This provides great get-away space or a home office for someone who may need to get some work done.
