Private lakeside bunkhouse with wraparound deck to accommodate additional guests. Spacious deck for outdoor dining and lakefront firepit patio with Adirondack chairs.
Cabin is a spacious walkout rambler with endless lake views of Lake Marie. On the main level you will find galley kitchen, with all cooking and dining essentials provided; dining room, with large farm table and seating for seven; living room with plenty of seating and smart tv; completely remodeled full bathroom with walk-in tile shower; and two bedrooms (queen and twin bed) with closets and dressers.
On the lower level you will find an additional bedroom (full bed) with closet and dresser; family room with full size sleeper sofa, pellet stove, and smart tv; full bathroom with remodeled walk-in shower; laundry room with washer and dryer; and beautiful enclosed full bar equipped with a mini refrigerator; pub tables and stools; and plenty of space for family game night.
Private lakeside bunkhouse is just steps from the lake and provides additional guests a queen bed, sleeper sofa, recliners, coffee maker, mini refrigerator, and wraparound deck. On those hot summer days and nights, a window air conditioner will cool the space down nicely and electric heater will take the chill out of the air. Although the bunkhouse does not have a bathroom or water, it by no means will take away the enjoyment guests will have waking up to their amazing lake views and spending time in this private retreat.
Enjoy the sunrise, with your morning coffee, on the spacious deck with the beautiful lake views and plenty of patio furniture for outdoor dining and relaxing. Take in the sunsets on the dock seating or at the expansive lakeside fire pit patio while making smores.
The property is beautifully landscaped with boulder retaining walls, numerous perennial gardens, extensive paver walkways, stairs, and outdoor lighting. The lawn is meticulously cared for and is spacious enough for yard games. Bocce ball, yard Yahtzee and bean bag boards available for guests' use.
Lake Marie is a very quiet recreational lake, and is a great crappie, sunfish, small and largemouth bass, northern and walleye fishing lake. With the very little watercraft traffic, it is perfect for a relaxing pontoon or kayak ride to enjoy the views. Sunset cruises are the BEST! It is very common to see eagles flying overhead and the loons will make an appearance or two. An adjoining lake (Lake Louisa) can be accessed by a small channel where you can enjoy fishing or throwing an anchor on the sandbar to hang out and relax while the little ones have fun playing in the water. Kayak, noodles and water floats are available for guest’s use. Guests are welcome to use one of the docks for their personal watercraft, which is easily accessible from the lake.
