Puamana is a 30 acre gated community that includes lots of open green spaces and almost a mile of coastline with a great beach nestled right in the middle. We are located at the south end of historic Front Street, just a mile from downtown Lahaina. Enjoy excellent dining, shopping, go on a deep sea fishing charter, hop on a whale watching boat (seasonal) or go for an unforgettable snorkel tour - all just a few minutes drive or bike ride away!
Puamana has 3 pools to fit all of your needs. The mountain pool, for active enjoyment, is located across the street from the clubhouse. The Dolphin Pool is the children's pool (a perfect place to play!) and the Ocean Pool is the quiet pool. Situated directly over the clear blue pacific, the Ocean Pool is a perfect place to swim, lounge, and relax with the sound of the waves.
There is a tennis court, badminton court, a children's playground, recreation areas, and a secluded beach. The summer season brings fun waves to try our your surfing or body boarding skills and in the winter the ocean is calm for swimming, snorkeling and relaxing. The historic clubhouse also has a fitness room and lending library.

Unit 9-4 is located just steps from the ocean! With sweeping ocean views from the kitchen, living room and lanai, you can check the surf while you make your morning coffee, watch the whales from the comfort your living room, and see the glorious Maui sunsets from the lanai. Our unit is centrally located within the 30 acre neighborhood. 9-4 is just a short walk to the Clubhouse and Ocean Pool and across the street from the Dolphin Pool.
There are four bedrooms - 1 downstairs and 3 upstairs. All bedrooms have king beds and AC! All bathrooms are stocked with Paya Organic Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash.
The living room has a flatscreen tv and sweeping ocean views from the sofa make this a choice place to relax. This fully equipped kitchen is outfitted with everything you will need to enjoy cooking at home and the dining table comfortably seats 8 people.
Downtown Lahaina is just moments away (less than 1 Mile), but with all this home has to offer you might never want to leave!
FAMILY FRIENDLY
Our property is a perfect place for families! One of Puamana's 3 pools is located just across the street. (The pool is gated so there is no need to worry about your little ones going for a swim without you) There is a playground close by and plenty of open green space to play games. The streets are quiet and safe, usually dominated by bicycles rather than cars. With an enforced speed limit of 10mph, you can relax and know that your children are safe.
