The comfortable living room is open to the dining area and the beautifully renovated kitchen. The bathroom has also been updated featuring a modern tiled shower and tub. This building has an elevator allowing easy access to transport groceries, luggage or a tired soul after a day of fun in the sun. When you've had enough of the beach, rinse off at the outside shower and enjoy some time at the outdoor pool. When it's time to get some sleep and rejuvenate, there is a queen bed to comfortably sleep two. Additional bedding includes a double sleep sofa in the living room. Sea Time is ideally located just a short walk or bike ride to popular eateries, mini golf, walking trails and sunset views at Northside Park, plus just minutes to the Delaware border for parks, beaches and shopping. Unit has a washer/dryer combo. Roku Smart TV's in living room and bedroom have Amazon Prime and are streaming only. This condo rents any 3 nights.
Guest must supply bed linens, towels, paper goods and soaps. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure.
