The condo has a large open floor plan with a comfortable sofa (with sleeper pull out), a large 65" HD Smart TV and a wonderful sun room space with plenty of light and seating to enjoy reading time or enjoying morning coffee. The dining area has a dining table with seating for four guests. The galley style kitchen has everything guests will need prepare meals for the duration of their stay if they choose to! The primary bedroom suite offers a king bed with an HD TV and an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower. Pearl del Mar is the perfect getaway to enjoy quick access to everything so you can enjoy living like a local on island time!
Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (4 persons). Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc. are not permitted.
