Just steps off Flagler Ave., hidden inside the courtyard on the second floor is this newly remodeled condo filled with custom beach furnishings and artwork. You will be greeted upon entering with our one-of-a-kind dining table made to fit, this home! Handmade surf table with custom matching bench and three chairs seats up to 6. To your left is the remodeled kitchen with all new stainless Frigidaire Gallery Collection appliances and quartz countertops with a stainless backsplash. To your right is our massive sectional made with down pillows that will delight your body as it encases you in comfort. The large 65" Sharpe 4K HDTV is loaded with Roku, Netflix, Amazon, and the internet, for various video options.
Home then splits off into two separate zones, each containing a bedroom and a private bathroom. Master bedrooms comforts include a huge King size bed with large headboard and footboard with cedar lined storage drawers. Large dresser holds a 50" Sharpe 4K HDTV loaded with Roku, Netflix, Amazon, and the internet. Attached is your private bathroom with a white bathtub/shower with an optional handheld shower sprayer. New vanity and sink with night light faucet and water-saving low/high flush toilet round out the unique features installed for your comfort. The bathroom is covered in a two-tone shiplap, and the floor is made of rustic nautical white blemished rectangular tiles.
The hallway on the opposite side of the home, is off the kitchen and leads first to a bathroom on the right and then your full-size laundry room. The bathroom comes finished with a beach flavored floor and shiplap, and another new vanity and sinks with a night light faucet and water-saving low/high flush toilet. The bathroom also includes a tub/shower combination with an optional hand-held shower sprayer for those hard-to-reach places.
Laundry room is set up for long or short stay rentals and includes full size front loading washer and dryer. Above the machines is ample storage and shelving to hang your clothes, towels and laundry supplies.
The second bedroom is entirely set up with bunk beds that contain a single bed on top, and a double bed on the bottom. Just below the double bed is a single hidden mattress, that rolls away when not in use! The second bedroom also is furnished with a walk-in closet with a long mirror. Not to be outdone by the master, this second bedroom contains its own Large dresser that holds a 50" Sharpe 4K HDTV loaded with Roku, Netflix, Amazon, and the internet.
Outside we have a loveseat overlooking the balcony to the courtyard and below to the shops and restaurants lining the courtyard. The condo has hurricane-thick windows throughout for keeping you safe and also quiet from the vibrant Flagler Avenue and all it has to offer. Walk down to the restaurants and shops along Flagler and the surrounding area for entertainment and shopping without having to drive. The beach is just at the end of the street, and can be reached by foot in under 5 minutes! For added security, we use an electronic keypad door entry, and in the evening the courtyard uses a keypad gate for access.
Parking in NSB ( New Smyrna Beach) is limited especially on the weekends, so we have a numbered parking spot downstairs for your use when staying at the surf shack. Home comes completely furnished with sheets, pillows, towels, paper products, everything except your clothes and food. Come for an escape weekend or stay for a week!
