100 steps (they say...never really counted) from beautiful St. Augustine Beach. "Beach side" of A1A so no roads to cross. Easy to go back and forth to beach as needed. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and ice cream. 3 bedrooms, 1 King, 1 queen, 1 with two singles (and spare room with single). Two bathrooms, both w/showers only. Outside 'shower' for beach rinses. If you can't do beach front, you need our rear pergola area!! It is perfect for post-beach hanging out, morning coffees, or late nights. BBQ, Pet friendly (as is St. A beach.) Non-driving area of the beach makes it safe for kids!! Well equipped kitchen, laundry, outdoor storage for surf boards, etc. Please note: no 'dining room' - see pics.

Summary: Fantastic stay in this classic, cleverly appointed cottage just steps from the beach. Plenty of room, very comfortable with an informal-unwind vibe. Back yard tiki bar is a little piece of heaven. Hosts are the best and very responsive. A jewel of a place we look forward to retuning to.
