This pet friendly, 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom townhome is the ideal location for your next beach getaway! The living area is open and with a large smart TV with plenty of board games for fun. There is a half-bath with washer and dryer located on the main level. A large dining area that sits four overlooking the private, fenced patio area and adjacent to the fully furnished galley style kitchen. The two bedrooms and a full bath are located upstairs. The main bedroom provides a king size bed, large walk-in closet, and a private balcony. The secondary bedroom provides a lovely queen-sized bed. Master bedroom has tv and fan. Wi-Fi is included with this property as well as one reserved parking space (there is additional visitor parking). The complex provides plenty of green space, a private pool, club house, tennis courts and designated parking for RV’s, trailers, and boats.
You are also just a very short 2 block walk to the peaceful north Amelia Island beach with an easy walkway to the sand!

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be the card holder and be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.
**This property is dog friendly. If you will be bringing your dog, please reach out to us for the breed/weight restrictions. Please note: Non-Refundable dog fees apply - maximum of 2 dogs allowed. Summary: We had a great stay for spring break. The house is close to the beach, and the kids loved the community pool (the water was a little chilly for the grown ups, though). The beds were reasonably comfortable and the house was well stocked to meet our needs. We would stay again!
