Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances appliances and all of the gadgets to make you feel at home. Main bathroom completely renovated with new tile/granite counters and large walk in shower. Central air conditioning/heat. Large 50 inch flat screen TV in living room. Free WiFi. Patio table, 4 chairs and loungers on patio. Heated pool. Gas grills on oceanside just steps from your patio, beach volleyball. Assigned, guaranteed parking space. Shops, dining and night life are within a short walking distance. There is a coin laundry room just down the hall from the unit.
