Alabama Sands 4 is a 2 bedroom 2 bath first floor condominium, sleeps 8 max. The unit is approximately 900 sq ft with new flooring and super nice decor. 55" Smart TV with DVD in the living room, with wall mounted TVs in each bedroom, with a second DVD in bedroom 2. The living room has two recliners (one leather Lazy Boy and one fabric Flex Steel-both rocker recliners).
There is a King bed in the primary bedroom, two full beds in the 2nd bedroom, 2 twin cots available too. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. There are two bathrooms.
Alabama Sands condominium is located approximately 1.5 miles west of the Highway 59 intersection in downtown Gulf Shores, Alabama. Alabama Sands is a low density building with 14 units. There is an indirect view of Little Lagoon. The property features BBQ grilling area, outdoor pool and is just a short (5 min) walk to the beach. The public beach access is just 2 blocks away.
