Close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping centers, and 15 minutes to downtown. 3-bedroom, 2-full bath home features an open floor plan, 9' ceilings, formal dining room w/ lots of natural light, spacious vaulted great room, luxury vinyl plank flooring, stainless and granite kitchen open to the family room, generous sized bedrooms, gas grill.
Newly Remolded, quite neighborhood - Keeneland & Bluegrass Airport are only 6 minutes away!! Restaurants, fast food, gas station, grocery store, Pharmacy, dry cleaners, and banks only 2 minutes away. 15 minutes from downtown.
Parking in driveway or on street.
RENTER understands and accepts that the property is protected with outside security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the property from potential break-ins and theft. We have one or two cameras in the front of the house including a Ring Doorbell and at least one camera on the back of the house which all record video and audio. All devices are on the exterior of the property. The Owners are licensed Realtors in the State of Kentucky & Florida.

Summary: My best friend and I enjoyed our stay for the NCAA Men's basketball tournament. GREAT location, very safe, very quite and close to tons of places to eat and shop. Would definitely recommend this for your stay in the Lexington, KY area.
