3 Bedroom Condo in Orange Beach

Beach chair service is NOT included in the rent price but they can be rented from the beach service company in front of the building.

Welcome to our second home at Phoenix East. We are located in the middle of the building close to 3 elevator on the 15th floor. You are going to love this amenity filled property located in Phoenix East, 27100 Perdido Beach Blvd., Orange Beach, AL 36561.
We have equipped our condo with 2 King and 2 Queen beds. We just added a DVR recorder to the TV in the living room so you can record your favorite shows while you are enjoying the beach. Now you don't have to choose between missing your favorite show or our beautiful beach. You can have both!! In addition to spectacular views from the large balcony and ocean front master bedroom there is free racquet ball, lighted tennis courts, a fitness center, basketball courts, a shuffleboard court, volleyball on the beach, and a large outdoor and indoor heated pool with 2 ocean front Hot Tubs. There is also a "Splash Pad" water playground for the children. We also have 4 ocean front BBQ grills.
Our condo has a much larger living area and kitchen than the typical 3 bedroom condos in the area at the same price. We just added all new stainless appliances, new bedding a 60" flat panel TV in the living room and 40" flat panel TV's in all the bedrooms.

Summary: The location of the property is really good. The beach is fantastic white sand and not that crowded. The unit is on the top floor, nice to not have anyone above you. The view from the balcony is great. Furniture is nice and appears pretty new. We had multiple problems that lead me ultimately to not give a positive review. This property is really showing the age. The common area leading to the pool/beach was a mess. Missing ceiling tiles, exposed ductwork, constant standing water issues. On arrival, the unit was not clean. There was sticky ketchup residue on the table. Counters had crumbs. Some of the kitchen supplies had been put away dirty and had to be washed before use. The rug in the living area was really dirty, hard to tell if it had even been vacuumed. The toilet in the master bedroom was not secured to the floor. This was discovered when someone sat on it and came very close to falling over. Resolution took a couple days. The toilet in the second bathroom had trouble flushing. Low water pressure in showers. The kitchen items were in terrible condition. Both frying pans had chipped Teflon, making them unsafe to use. I should note here, that you should be prepared to provide literally all cooking supplies in the kitchen. There was not even a salt/pepper shaker. The bathroom towels were thin and low quality. There was no enforcement of rules, kids were using the hot tub throughout our stay and making lots of noise. Overall, not a good value.
