Near the sandy beaches of Moraira / El Portet and next to a green hills lies this in 2014 newly built villa in Ibiza style. This beautiful villa is on one floor, has several lounge terraces and an infinity pool. There are two large bedrooms, both with ensuite bathroom and a third bedroom / lounge room. From the villa and from the spacious roof terrace of 150 m2 has a wonderful open views to 270 ° sea, the green of the trees and the surrounding mountains.
