Summary: The hotel staff and owner are very pleasant. However, the hotel is no longer "new"; it needs to be maintained to keep up. Things like widow locks need to be repaired, ants should not be in the room, more bathroom towels are needed as water gets on the floor. Nevertheless, the room prices are very reasonable, it's a good value.
