The Space:
This is a large 3100 sq ft house near Sand Hollow Reservoir, Sand Dunes, and Golf Course. Sand Hollow and the Sand Dunes are 5 minutes away. Zion National Park is 43 minutes away. Snow Canyon State Park is 31 minutes away. Red Reef National Conservation Area is 20 minutes away. You can't ask for a better place to relax and enjoy the stunning beauty of Southern Utah in this quaint European inspired neighborhood!
One of the things we love about the property is the privacy from other guests also staying in the subdivision. The private pool is located in the courtyard of the house and only visible to the guests staying at the house with you. The large upper deck overlooks your private courtyard with sauna, 8 person hot tub, firepit, wet bar, 4 lounge chairs and a 65" tv. The upper deck also has hanging lights and an unobstructed view of the desert landscape.
There is a community pool with large hot tub, lap pool and splash pad within a 2-3 minute walk. There is also a large grassy field and Pickle-ball courts within a 1 minute walk. Room to park your trailer or boat at multiple spots throughout the subdivision.

18x18 private pool with an in pool 10 person hot tub and shamoo pad for the little ones. Another 8 Person hot tub on the upper deck with scenic views of the area. Enjoy the four person sauna on the upper deck and then cool off by filling up the cold plunge tub and jumping in. Sit on the upper deck and take in the rays in one of our 4 lounge chairs.

Enjoy sitting by the fire with your family under the stars or under the hanging lights.
- Outdoor Movie and Sports -
Watch your favorite team or movie from the spa and upstairs patio on our 65" TV. After dark, enjoy the big screen projector from the private pool with built in audio.

Enjoy playing games at the house with your family on the ping pong table, foosball table, hot shot basketball and Golden Tee arcade game. There is also a mini trampoline and playground for your kids to enjoy at the house.
- Pool Heating Details -
We are happy to provide a heated pool for our guests but will need to pass along the cost if you choose to have the pool heated during your stay.
* The cost of heating the pool at this property is not included in the nightly rate. After you book the unit, please send us a message if you want to heat the pool or have any questions about pool heating.
* The cost to heat the pool is $50/night.
* Heat requests must be made 24 hours in advance to ensure there is adequate time to heat the pool before your arrival.
* We set the system to heat the pool between 83-87 degrees. Please let us know if you have a preference on the temperature, default temperature will be 85 degrees.
* Both the in pool hot tub and the upper deck hot tub are heated during your stay without an additional charge. The hot tub temperatures are set at 100 degrees. You can adjust the temperatures up or down on the hot tubs.
* The pool is maintained at temperature of 70 degrees while not is use. We monitor the temperature of the pool remotely and if you choose to manually raise the temperature above the 70 degrees you will be charged the nightly pool heating fee of $50 per day to heat the pool.
