NEW LISTING! This brand new 8 bedroom, 6 bathroom home is located on Windsor Island, the newest Resort development in the Orlando Area. Situated in Davenport just 20 minutes from Animal Kingdom and the other Disney parks and a 45-minute drive to Universal Studios. If you choose to spend your vacation here, you really will be spoiled for choice for things to do.
Windsor Island boasts first class resort amenities, all free for guests to use. The large clubhouse is home to a well-equipped fitness center, free to use arcade room and concession store. The large resort style swimming pool with lazy river, slides and children’s water park are sure to keep adults and kids entertained for hours on those days away from the parks. There are a variety of sports facilities available including basketball, sand volleyball courts and cornhole. The resort also has its very own 9 hole mini golf course. The Blue Marlin Grill is a great place to meet friends for a drink and a bite to eat, with an extensive food and drinks menu. There is also a firepit to relax and watch the Disney Fireworks at the end of a busy day.
The villa itself is set over 2 floors with a large sundeck, south facing pool and spa. The ground floor has an open plan aspect with a large fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and 4 stools, dining table to seat 12 and a sofa area with large 65in TV and soundbar. Cable Channels are available. The laundry room has a full-size washing machine and separate dryer with hanging drying space. There is also a full-size table tennis table in the garage and cornhole game.
There are 2 King bedrooms on the ground floor, one is master en-suite w/door directly out onto the sundeck. The second floor has all remaining bedrooms containing 5 King and one bedroom with double twins. All bedrooms have blinds and black out curtains.
There is also an impressive loft area with large sectional sofa, 75in TV, 9ft shuffleboard, 7FT pool table and wet bar with built in wine fridge. All linen and pool towels are included. The pool area includes outdoor dining table to seat 8 people and 8 sun loungers. The spa is heated all year round and the pool area looks out onto an open grassed area.
Convenient to all in Central Florida: 5 minutes to Shopping/Dining, 10 minutes to Disney, 25 minutes to Orange County Convention Center/SeaWorld/Universal/Outlet Shopping, 45 minutes to Legoland/Busch Gardens, 1 hour Cocoa Beach and 1 1/2 hours to Clearwater Beach!
