This unit is the largest 2 Bedroom in building, southwest corner exposure with two outside terraces one plumbed for an outdoor kitchen and engineered hot tub. Saugatuck River views from primary bedroom and dining room. The fantistic open floor plans allows sun light galory. Custom built-ins closets and custom privacy shades/black out in bedrooms.
There is a small room that we have set up as an office but could be a small 3rd room or nursery.
The entire home/building can be controlled from your phone!
The property features 3 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and shower for added convenience. Enjoy the fitness room on site, hair dryer, AC, and WiFi during your stay. The unit is fully stocked the living essentials and a fully loaded kitchen. Eight seat dining room, private entrance to an amazing patio. Great place for entertaining . On site parking for you and your guest. A short walk over the bridge and you're in downtown to enjoy all the amazing restaurants, shopping and seasonal outings.
