Welcome to Heavenly View at Lake Martin! The name SAYS IT ALL! This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home is conveniently located off of Centerport Rd and is 3 minutes from Chuck's Marina! The lake view from this home on top of a hill is breathtaking and you will certainly want to spend all of your time on the front porch gazing at the water! Although this property does not have direct lake access, there are so many marinas located around this property and the home is so beautifully decorated and well equipped for a perfect Lake Martin vacation. Union boat launch is just a mile away! An indoor sunroom, a 2 car garage, 2 refrigerators, 2 mid-size freezers, a double gas fire place, a fitness room, and a coffee bar are just a few of the amazing amentities Heavenly View has to offer!
With 3,550 square feet, this large home can sleep 9 people comfortably. There are 2 king sized bedrooms on the top floor, both with ensuite bathrooms and a half bathroom off of the kitchen for convenience. The large kitchen has all stainless steel appliances with counter seating for 2 and a dining area for 8 people and a separate coffee bar. The open concept living room has wonderful vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, and a large screen TV. The air conditioned sunroom is perfect for gathering for games or conversation and also has plenty of room for meals. Guests will have access to the two car garage that has one deep freezer, an extra refrigerator, and a gas grill.
Head downstairs to get your workout on with the fitness equipment that is also available for guest use! There is a TV viewing area as well as 2 more bedrooms with queen beds and one twin with a shared full bathroom. PLEASE NOTE: Water levels can fluctuate (even at full pool) due to the lack of rain. Big Fish is not responsible for any inconvenience this may cause. You can download the Alabama Power Shoreline app and monitor the water level from there. If we meet the requirements for the fall extension, the winter pool draw down will begin on October 15th each year. Please be aware of this if you are booking in the fall.
