Encompassing views of the Okanagan valley, neighbouring orchards, vineyards, cheesery and surrounding mountains. Outdoor wood fire pit. Located on a very quiet and private gated acreage with orchard offering fresh peaches, apricots, apples and cherries. Backyard cabana overlooking run area for a rescued senior pony. Perfect area to keep cool, watch the sunset and have a glass of wine after winery touring.
Fully furnished and equipped with wireless internet throughout. Smart TV, bluetooth speaker and central AC and laundry. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one with large Jacuzzi. Spacious kitchen with an eating area, and a very large, open and bright living room with gas fireplace, TV, task desk and dining room with seating up to 8. Three decks off the living room and kitchen to enjoy morning coffee and sunrises. Apex Mountain Resort is 40 minutes away. Penticton International airport is 15 minutes away. Owner lives on site in separate apartment.
