Unwind, make lifelong memories with family and friends in this 5,600 Sq ft custom mansion, located in a gated community in The Groves of Mesa. From the moment you type in the gated entry code & enter this custom mansion community you will know you’ve arrived! The single level compound sits on just shy of 1-acre, featuring a massive resort style saltwater diving pool with a waterfall, Baja tanning ledge and LED changing pool light. A 50 x 32 ft private basketball court with a roll away Pickleball net is in the backyard along with a dug in firepit. The backyard is spacious enough to play any games you desire with 12 ft. privacy walls surrounding the grounds.
*HEATED SALT WATER POOL: Pool heat is an additional charge of $60/ day & must be requested at the time of booking. The resort style pool features waterfalls, fountains, a shallow Baja/tanning ledge & led pool light at night.
HOT TUB: Heats to 104 degrees.
BEDROOMS: All bedrooms have their own ensuite full bathrooms except the Cinema Room bedroom 5 which has a full bathroom right next to it & the Wooden office bedroom 6 which has a half bath in the main hallway. 5 full bathrooms and 1 half bath in total. All bedrooms have a walk-in closet, 1 bedroom has a secret closet!
MASTER BEDROOM: Soaring ceilings in this massive bedroom, pictures don’t do it justice. A bathroom fit for a King/Queen with a jetted tub, walk-in shower, bidet and a closet you can get lost in.
KITCHEN: The massive cook’s kitchen has a high-end Dacor gas range for cooking large meals & 2 built in wall ovens. The home has the main built-in refrigerator in the kitchen and a 2nd fridge located in the pantry. Make lasting memories & book a private chef with our concierge store.

No party's, birthday party's or large gatherings are permitted at this property. Mesa has a strict ordinance against parties or nuisance gatherings at vacation rentals. If the goal is to throw a bash, please move on from this listing as this is a non-negotiable.
SECURITY: Ring video doorbell active, Video Camera 1: facing the driveway/ Road,
Video camera 2: facing the side yard of the home that is not used for renters.
Minut Noise monitoring device: in the backyard monitors high decibels to alert for parties/ large gatherings. This device does not record voices only loud decibels that continue for more than 10- minutes.

*POOL HEAT: Additional $60 per day to heat the pool if requested. This must be requested and paid for at the time of booking. The heat will be active for the length of your stay. We suggest for a comfortable swim temperature to choose the pool heat option for travel dates in Oct-May 31st.
