Welcome to Fox Creek Lodge! Sitting on the bluff of Lookout Mountain, this incredibly gorgeous cabin is surrounded by pristine mountain views, all overlooking the Georgia National Forest. Take in these spectacular views from the spacious wrap-around-deck, which is equipped with generous seating. Inside, this 3-bed 3 bath cabin boasts a beautiful modern rustic décor, equipped with all the modern conveniences to make you feel right at home. This home is 2 hours north of Atlanta, 30 minutes from Chattanooga, 15 minutes from Cloudland State Park, and 5 minutes from McLemore Golf Club.
OUR FAVORITE THINGS:
When arriving to the property, you will be met with a winding drive, which leads its way through large glacial rock formations and towering trees to a magnificent view atop Lookout Mountain. Fox Creek Lodge resides on 11+ acres and is secluded and ideal for private family, friends, or couples’ getaways. High-speed fiber internet is included to ensure you have good connectivity during your stay. There are 5 smart TVs in the home to include: main floor great room, terrace level kid’s suite and one in each bedroom. Each TV includes complimentary YouTube TV and app streaming services available with guest accounts. There is a Pac Man arcade game, Bose Bluetooth speaker, and all the board games you can imagine downstairs for you to enjoy during your stay.
HOME LAYOUT:
Main Level - When entering the front door, you are immediately welcomed by the open concept living room, dining area and kitchen area. The home offers vaulted ceilings, wood beams and newly updated modern rustic décor with large windows overlooking the mountain views. There is plenty of room to gather in this cozy living space complete with 65-inch flat screen TV and surrounded by natural lighting throughout the day. Adjacent to the living room is a large custom built wood dining room table with seating for 8 and a fully stocked kitchen which provides all plate-ware, dishware, silverware, cookware that you would need to prepare gourmet meals. The kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances, a large refrigerator, microwave, Bosch dishwasher and a pantry for storage. Adjacent to the kitchen is the main floor bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom offers a queen bed, closet and 42-inch flat screen TV. The full-size bathroom offers a granite countertop and stand-up shower.
Upstairs- Head upstairs to the loft which includes a desk with a mountain view; perfect for those needing to do some work or set up their personal devices during their stay. Next to the loft is a large master bedroom, which offers vaulted ceilings, wood beams, king size bed, full-size dresser, 42-inch flat screen TV and views on multiple sides of the property. The vaulted master bathroom is generously sized and includes granite countertops, double sink and garden tub shower.
Terrace Level – This large space on the bottom floor offers beautiful vista mountain views, bedroom, bar area, kid’s suite and full bath with stand up shower. The bedroom located in the main area includes a queen day bed with a slide-away twin trundle underneath. Enjoy your favorite shows on the large 65-inch flat screen TV directly from the daybed or the swivel chairs. A bar area with seating for two, a sink, refrigerator and all of the best family board games are available. Down the hall from the bedroom is the kid’s suite. This room offers a kid’s style couch, teen inspired artwork, 50-inch flat screen TV and retrostyle Pac Man arcade game complete with all of the classic games; Galaga, Donkey Kong, Frogger, Dig Dug, Centipede and 500+ more!

This home is not recommended for children younger than six (6) years old due to the property's large rock formations.
PARKING IS AVAILABLE on-site for up to 3 vehicles. During inclement weather, or when the temperature drops below freezing, the driveway can freeze and cause dangerous and slippery conditions. It is recommended during freezing temperatures or when rain/ice/snow is expected, guests park at the top of the driveway (just outside the gate). The gravel parking pad in that location can accommodate up to three vehicles.
This rental utilizes a digital E-lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
Security camera details: For guest security, there are exterior cameras over the main entry doors. These do not overlook the decks.
The main indoor fireplace is non wood burning.
Propane Weber grill available for use.
Laundry room complete with washer and dryer available for use.
