The main bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, while the second and third bedrooms each offer queen beds, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests.
Indulge in the tremendous amenities the Gateway Grand has to offer, including indoor and outdoor pools, a children’s game room, a fully-equipped exercise room, and a private parking garage with parking for two vehicles. Multiple elevators provide ease of access, and the owner offers use of a private storage locker stocked with up to eight beach chairs, a beach wagon, umbrella, and toys for fun-filled days on the sand. The condo is equipped with four TVs and free Wi-Fi, ensuring entertainment and connectivity throughout your stay. Please note the owner will be providing additional seating for the balcony before the 2025 summer season.

The Gateway Grand, located on 48th street, has an indoor and outdoor pool, fitness room and even a play room for the children. Secure parking garage offers two parking spots.
Guest supplies all sheets, towels, paper and soap products. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish. The building offers indoor pool, outdoor pool, fitness room and game room for the kids.
Gateway Grand requires a seven day minimum rental and rents Saturday to Saturday all season. No pets, please. Non-Smoking building, except for designated areas. $138 non-refundable registration/parking fee due with reservation. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
