Summary: the property was not cleaned appropriately for an 8 month old and 3 year old. The tub was dirty with long black hairs in it. the bathroom faucet was not cleaned. The kitchen lights had webs all over them and the oven was so dirty. the living room remote control was missing when we arrived but 2 days in we found it in the couches. we thought it was just not there, there was others but not the roku remote. the bunk bed had crumbs in it. 1 neighbor was extremely nice and the other was not at all and seems to not like the renters of units. Parking passes were an issue as we were only left 1 and people renting should be aware that they can only park 1 car and the other will be blocks away in a gravel unattended parking lot. and do not have more than 2 cars or you will be towed at your expense. Valentines candy with the housekeeping tip envelope in August was another thing that made us say, HMMM, just don't let the kids eat it! I will not rent here again, simply too many other cleaner options.
