3 year old fully furnished home with 3 bedrooms containing queen beds, and 2 bathrooms. Huge deck with small fully fenced pool right on the lake. The deck faces North and East for all day sun. We are within walking distance to Eli Waters Shopping complex and a 5 minute drive to Stockland Shopping Centre. There are 2 kayaks available for use on the lake.
The property is situated only 3 kilometers from The Esplanade and Wetside Water Park, and all Hervey Bay's beautiful child safe beaches, and a 20 minute drive takes you to River Heads, where the barge leaves for Fraser Island.
Hervey Bay Golf Club is only a 3 minute drive and 6 minutes to the RSL. The Boat Club is 15 - 20 minutes away and situated on the Marina, where there is a choice of top class Restaurants.
