With easy access to historic downtown Evergreen and Evergreen Lake, which are a mere 15-minute drive away where you will find water sports in the summer and ice skating in the winter along with world class restaurants and shopping.
The main floor offers a fully stocked chef’s kitchen, a large dining room table for enjoying meals with family and friends, and large living room area. The kitchen is exceptionally well-stocked with all appliances, cutlery, spices, and more!
After meals, spill into the living room to read a book, play a game, or watch a movie on the TV.

Maximum occupancy: 8- children must be counted in the max. occupancy unless they are under two (2) & are sleeping in a portable crib* (not provided). Our permit allows for a max of 4 cars to park in the driveway. Tenant stated on Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-seven (25) years-old and acknowledges that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.
