Maximum occupancy: 6 - children must be counted in the max. occupancy unless they are under two (2) & are sleeping in a portable crib* (not provided). Our permit allows for a max of 4 cars to park in the driveway. Tenant stated on Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-seven (27) years-old and acknowledges that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.
Any unauthorized pets will result in immediate cancelation without refund.
We do not allow any parties or events at this home.
