3 Bedroom Cabin in Pickens, Broken Bow

**Overview**
Mountain Vibes is exactly what you will feel when driving up to this brand new cabin, built in 2022, tucked away in the pines on 1.3 acres! This is our personal family cabin and we hope it feels like home to you too! It's close enough to enjoy all the Hochatown & Broken Bow amenities, but far enough away to feel like you're really escaping from it all! Approximately 10 minutes north of Mountain Fork Brewery.
The 3 bedroom/3 bathroom floor plan was designed to allow every set of guests to have their own bathroom. The 2 King suites and 1 bunk bedroom (5 bunk beds) will give everyone the space they need. All beds have luxury pillow top mattresses with mattress covers and luxury thread count sheets. Whether it's the peace & quiet or the ultra comfortable beds, we never get better sleep than in this cabin!
Begin by stepping onto the front porch and take in the sweeping views of the National Forest and Kiamichi/Ouachita mountains. As you walk inside, you'll enjoy an open concept living area with a wall of large windows that capture the essence of the forest and bring the outdoors in. Next, your eye will be drawn to the floor to ceiling stone fireplace, and with just the press of a button, is perfect to cozy up to on a cold day. Then, as you enter the kitchen, you'll find an oversized dining area that'll be perfect to gather in to enjoy meals and games after a long day at the lake, hiking, or just lazing around the fire pit.
Just off the dining area, you'll find a two person arcade equipped with many games that both kids and seasoned arcade players will enjoy! There's also plenty of board and card games to have some good old fashioned fun with family and friends.
Each of the bedrooms, living room, and covered patio have mounted flat screen televisions with ROKU. You will have access to, " Guest Mode" to log into to watch your favorite programs. You'll also have access to, "Live TV".
Outside, you’ll notice the expansive deck with outdoor fireplace and relaxing hot tub in its own private gazebo surrounded by outdoor string lights. Bring your steaks for grilling on the back porch and marshmallows for the fire pit!
Enjoy your morning cup of coffee and gorgeous sunrise in the rocking chairs on the front porch and a glass of wine at sunset on the oversized back deck! Or if you're feeling competitive, challenge your friend to a friendly game of ping pong on the patio while onlookers enjoy watching from the spa. The kids will enjoy the 2 disc swings just off the back patio!
Whether you have 3 couples (6 adults) or 2 couples (4 adults) with up to 5 kids, this house is the perfect space to make lasting memories in Broken Bow!

**Sleeping Arrangements**
Bedroom 1: Master King Bedroom, ensuite bath (Tub, Shower, and double sink)
Bedroom 2: Second King Bedroom, ensuite bath (Shower and double sink)
Bedroom 3: Bunk Room, 5 bunk beds, ensuite bath (Shower and single sink)
(Triple stacked twin beds (3) and double stacked full beds (2). Upper bunks have weight limit of 150 pounds. This bunk room is suitable for adult guests on the two ground bunks only.)

Home sleeps 9 people MAX (including babies, toddlers, and children). Please note upper bunk weight limits when making plans.
**What's the kitchen stocked with?**
In addition to pots, pans, cutlery, plates, bowls, cups, glasses, & kids items...
Coffee essentials: Drip Coffee pot/K-cup combo, a starter supply of coffee filters and k-cups, assorted sweeteners & creamers.
Appliances: Toaster, blender, griddle, crock pot, & microwave
Seasonings/kitchen items: Salt and pepper, cooking spray, saran wrap & foil (these items are not guaranteed, but should be present at time of arrival)
*Starter supply of trash bags, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent and dryer sheets will also be provided. Each bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, bar of bath soap, hand soap, and hair dryers. Black Makeup towels/wash cloths are provided as to not stain the white linens. There is also a stool in the bunk bathroom for children who may need help to reach the sink.
**General Information**
The roads in Broken Bow in general are bumpy. If you have an SUV/Truck, drive that rather than a car.
Our cabin employs Aegis security company, to monitor our property. There are two cameras, one at the front door and one at the back door, neither camera is pointed at areas where one expects privacy (cannot see hot tub). The cameras are there for everyone's safety and the protection of the cabin.

Summary: Our Christmas plans changed just a couple of weeks before the holiday. Scrambling, I was relieved to find this gem still available. The property was clean and had everything we needed: a box of tissues (thank you, thank you), enough laundry detergent to throw in some laundry before continuing our travels, pens for keeping score during game nights and plenty of washcloths. I was also particularly grateful for the full-sized, decorated Christmas tree in the living room. Additionally, we found the beds and pillows to be very comfortable. Bridget was quick to respond to communication and was a very gracious hostess. We would welcome the opportunity to stay at this cabin again.
