Our home is a detached bungalow with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, built in May 2023. With high ceilings and plenty of natural light, this thoughtfully designed home creates a warm and inviting ambiance.
Step inside and explore the open-concept living space, featuring a fully equipped kitchen that makes cooking a breeze. With modern appliances and ample countertops, this functional kitchen is perfect for any culinary adventure. It's a stylish and practical space where cooking and gathering effortlessly converge.

⁃ Bedrooms feature new mattresses, sheets, and pillows.
⁃ Each room has spacious closets and full-size mirrors.
⁃ 4 bedrooms in total: 2 king-sized beds, 1 double-sized bed, 2 twin-sized beds, and 2 couches that can be used as additional sleeping spaces.
⁃ One of the bedrooms also includes a private work desk space.

2. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. We have installed a noise sensor (Minut) to enforce our strict policy against parties or events. Violations may result in heavy fines imposed by the city.
3. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Any violation will result in a charge of $500 or more per room for cleaning. If you need to smoke, please do so in the parking area (9 meters/30 feet away from the buildings.)
4. Our listing is equipped with exterior surveillance cameras at the front and rear entrances of the house, recording audio and video. There are no recording devices installed inside the house to ensure your privacy during your stay.
5. No pets. **Evidence of pets inside the property will result in a $150 fine charged to guests.**
6. No parties and/or large social gatherings. No events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays.** There is a $250.00 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house. Please be transparent and honest. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.**
7. Check-in and Check-out times are MANDATORY unless scheduled and confirmed at least 24 hours in advance, and if we are able to accommodate without double booking. **A $50/hour penalty will be applied if you fail to check-out by 11am or by the agreed-upon check-out time. Our cleaners are on tight schedules.**
8. A surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests. Please be honest. We must coordinate with cleaners and manage inventory based on the number of guests that occupy the unit.
9. You will be charged accordingly if any personal property is damaged, lost, stolen, or if the cleaning company requires additional time to clean up.
10. Please lock all windows and doors if you are not home.
11. Please remember to turn off all lights when not in use.
12. If there's any maintenance issue, please contact us directly so we can send someone to fix it.
13. Garbage is not to be left inside the unit upon check-out. Please dispose of all garbage inside the unit in the outdoor bins.
14. Do not move or rearrange the furniture.
15. Do not unplug electrical items like TVs, lamps, etc.
16. Guests looking to extend their stay are welcome to do so, subject to availability. Please note that we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice prior to the check-out time to extend without penalty.
All extension requests made between 24-48 hours before check-out time are subject to an additional 50% of the cleaning fee to reschedule cleaners.
Any extension requests made less than 24 hours before check-out time will incur an additional cleaning fee.
Please note that all additional fees must be paid first before an extension is confirmed. Our cleaners operate on strict schedules, and 100% of the fees go to our hardworking cleaners to compensate them for the last-minute changes.
