The Space:

Total transformation, this brand new apartment was carved out of the equivalent of a 2 car garage. 3 entrances; there will be no claustiphobia. The open concept living-dining-kitchen is beautifully designed with indirect, task and mood lighting. The bedroom is a few steps away with a queen sized bed. The 3/4 bath has a generously sized shower and a stackable washer and dryer.

The courtyard is shared with the main house.Parking is available on either side of the street and in the driveway on the west side of the house, easily accommodating larger groups.
