Beautiful new built 2 bedroom, 2 baths, Master bedroom has a Queen and Guest bedroom has a queen bed and Garage available. Kitchen is fully stocked with reverse osmosis water system. There is washer/dryer, iron/ironing board , hair dryers smoke detector/carbon monoxide detector. Wi-Fi throughout the house . Smart 50 '' TV in living room, both bedrooms have a Smart 43" TV'S. Outside has screened in patio with BBQ grill and the open space behind the house is a bird sanctuary.
You will find that this community is a quiet, peaceful, friendly and relaxing place to be with a short drive to the beach on South Padre Island. Entertainment amenities are TV and WiFi throughout the home. It has central air conditioning, central heating, in unit laundry machines, parking and much more.
This Villa has an open living area that has plenty of space and seating for family or group gathering. This living room has a smart flatt screen TV and the
master bedroom has a king bed with a Smart TV for nighttime viewing. It comes with a deep soaking tub and full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has two queen beds and a full bathroom in the hallway.
The South Padre Island Golf Club has a beautiful , professional PGA Golf Course (with fee access), a driving range, Pro Shop, 2 heated pools( one pool is located by the club house and the 2nd pool is located in the community), a tennis court, a wonderful restaurant than is open from 8 am to 8 pm and a fitness room for your pleasure. You can take a quick stroll to the shared amenities at the South Padre Island Golf Course Club and enjoy a meal or happy hour at the restaurant. The community has a 24 hour gated security.
