This modern townhome is nestled right on the Concho River with direct river access. The kitchen/living area offers an open floor plan complete with hi-speed internet, 55” TV, Roku for streaming, and a desk for designated workspace. Let’s not forget meal time! Our fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need for home cooked or quick meals on the go. You will find it all, including air fryer, toaster, dinnerware, bakeware…you name it. Basic spices and condiments are also provided as well as some easy breakfast options and snacks. Washer and dryer are in the home so you don’t have to take home dirty laundry.
Upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom provides bedside charging stations for your electronics, pillows of different firmness options, throw blankets and extra linens are in the drawers.
The Yellow room offers a comfortable king bed with large closet and private full bath stocked with all the necessities (and a few extras that we forget at times). No need to fight for time in the bathroom. The 42” smart TV has Roku for streaming. The large closet provides plenty of space to tuck luggage away and hang clothes on the hangers provided. Need extra sleeping space? You will find a Cal. King air mattress and child’s air mattress with linens and extra pillows.
Let’s not forget the “Texas” themed room. Here you will find a cozy queen bed where you can drift off to sleep in Texas pride. This room also has a large closet for tucking away luggage and clothes.
The “guest” bath is also a full bath fully stocked with all necessities and the extras we, sometimes, forget.
