This new-construction, two queen master suite cottage is the perfect location for your country getaway—located 6 miles from downtown Leesburg, 5 miles from the Leesburg Premium Outlets, and minutes from the Lucketts Antique Store. Nestled in Leesburg's wine and brewery country, guests can enjoy beautiful sunrises, sunsets, and mountain views from the wraparound porch, stroll the property's 4.5 acres, snuggle up by the indoor fireplace or cook a cozy meal in the full-sized, equipped kitchen.
Guests can also walk or easily drive to Fabboli Cellars Winery, enjoy scrumptious smoked BBQ and other quality cuisine at nearby Roots 657 Cafe, or savor fresh-cooked meals at Eagletree Winery. Guests often enjoy the broad selection of craft beers at Vanish Brewery and Barnhouse Brewery, each about 3 miles away. Or dress up for an evening of fine dining at the riverfront Restaurant at Patowmack Farm!
Please note: This rental unit sits atop the sound-insulated, separate-entrance innkeepers' quarters in the basement where the hosts live with their infant child - two floors away from the top floor bedrooms. This two-floor buffer between the bedrooms allows for plenty of privacy for guests to enjoy their stay to the fullest extent. We also provide white noise machines in both bedrooms and on the main level. This stay is also on the lot next to a wedding venue that hosts 20 weddings a year, each of which ends no later than 10pm.
We recommend four-wheel drive/AWD vehicles during winter time due to the semi-steep gravel driveway in the event of inclement weather. The host will shovel the driveway and stairs in the event of snow.
Occasional ladybugs and stink bugs can appear in the home, as we do live in the country.
Absolutely no parties. Absolutely no pets as guests and our family has pet allergies. No children under 12 allowed. Quiet hours for the main level are between 11pm and 6am. The checkout time is 11am and check-in time is 4pm. We have to maintain both of these times in order to have enough time to clean before the next guests.
Guests are prohibited from climbing out of the windows onto the roof. We have window bolts installed to prevent this.
