Positive: The home was in a great location and very clean.
Negative: One of the bedrooms in the added space had a A/C unit in the window that was not sealed very well and cold air leaked in a lot. The heater for that same area did not work very well either. A slightly larger sofa in the living room would be nice.
Summary: The house was well maintained and clean and almost perfect for the time.
