NEW! Welcome to Bikini Martini! Our beautifully remodeled 2bed/2bath home is waiting for you! Here you’ll enjoy our fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms, and all the essentials! Our cozy, family friendly home is perfect for your home away from home family beach vacation! We are centrally located on the island between the Sound and the Gulf, a short walk & you're in the sand!
At Bikini Martini you will find one bedroom on the main floor with a comfortable king size bed (all bedding provided) , a large wall mounted tv, a walk in closet, adjoining bathroom, and a sliding door to your private balcony. Upstairs you will find a large bedroom featuring two comfortable Queen beds (all bedding provided) a large wall mounted TV, closet for hanging your clothes, an en suite bathroom and a sliding door to your private balcony. Our kitchen features stainless appliances, quartz countertops, and is completely stocked with with all of the essentials! Our living room features a large comfortable U shaped couch to cozy up on while watching the massive 75” TV! The back balcony is perfect for mealtime out in the fresh air, playing a game of cards and have cocktails, or just to sit out in the salty air and relax! Please note our home is built on stilts, you will have to walk a set of stairs to enter the house at the main level.

-We do not allow any 3rd party bookings, the person booking the reservation must be there for check in and stay in the home throughout the entire stay.
- There is absolutely no smoking (of any kind) and no vaping in our home
- We love our furry friends as much as you do, but unfortunately we do not allow pets, please do not sneak your pet into our home.
-We offer touch-less express check in. Each guest will be assigned a personal door code, your code and all the pertinent information will be sent to you by our management company, Premier Island Rentals. Please note this code will become effective at 4pm on the day of check in and will expire at 11am on the day of check out
-We are in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood, absolutely no party’s or events will be permitted, please be respectful of our home and our neighbors!
You'll find we are located on Navarre Beach in a quiet neighborhood within close proximity of sandy white beaches, emerald blue waters, several dining options, gift shops, bike rentals and more! Come check us out, I'm sure you'll find plenty of entertainment and relaxation!
We have a ring doorbell camera, this camera records voice, video and photos. We have two cameras under the home facing the direction of the road or driveway, this camera records voice, video and photo. These cameras are there for safety
*We have lots of people asking for a “check out” list of chores…. We don’t have one, we love our home and hope you will as well. Please treat it as your own! If you wouldn’t leave your garbage spilling over the can, please don’t leave ours that way. If you wouldn’t eat chips in your bed, please don’t eat them in ours! That’s all we ask😉
