Newly constructed Channel Pl Beach House was just completed in 2018 with professional exterior and interior design. The air conditioned beach home has a large rooftop entertaining deck. Spend the evenings gazing at the stars and mornings sipping on coffee overlooking adjacent park and marina. One hundred steps from secluded beach in marina and two blocks from the south stretch facing beach. The 6 miles of beach has surf/swim area. We are near the Long stretch of beach break interspersed with several short, rock jetties. Popular sandbars lie at the ends of 36th, 54th, and 56th Streets. Hollow, peaky, and very crowded. Holds up to a few feet overhead. Best during summertime S swells, but can be good at any time of the year. The home is proximate to the world famous wave "The Wedge" too, which is snuggled right next to the north jetty of the harbor entrance. Use the amenities offered at the home for your enjoyment including body boards, beach chairs, surf board, a wagon to carry your beach necessities and beach cruiser bikes too. The park is less than 17 steps away offers half court basketball court and nice covered picnic area.
Furnishings are newly purchased and include new beds, mattresses and bedding, new dishwasher, Bertazzoni gourmet stove, new refrigerator, Spectrum Cable and high speed internet. You have access to 4 smart televisions, ranging from 55” to 65” for your viewing pleasure.
Please note the home shares one common wall since it is attached to one other property on the site. In addition, the home is located in a beach area and side a moderately traffic street which I have not found it to be intrusive.
