We are a golf cart away from Sawgrass Grove and Brownwood Square where you can shop,dine and dance the night away. We are close to Hummingbird Recreation Center where you can swim, play cornhole shuffle board and bocce ball. Also there is a family pool located nearby at Fenney Recreation along with a nature tail where you might see an occasional alligator hanging out. You will have at your disposal a gas golf cart and his/her bikes to use at your leisure.

Summary: This Villa was just perfect for our stay at The Villages. The living room area was cozy and perfect for watching March Madness. The kitchen was well stocked with all one needed for cooking. We used the outdoor gas grill often and found it to be a real asset. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms good size. We loved using the golf cart to get around. The neighborhood pool was just around the corner and we used it often and also played Shuffleboard. It was easy to communicate with the owners.
