Positive: Great location
Negative: Beds were uncomfortable, moved to couch. In doing so we found the cleanliness to be lacking. The pots and pans seemed to be castaways. Personal items( sewing machine, tools, etc) left in closet, wasn’t comfortable with them being there.
Summary: Great area, but apartment could use a good cleaning and better utensils
