Positive: We loved the house so much (mind you its only the first floor so not an entire house). The house is very modern and spacious and super close to the ski lifts (2 minute drive).
Negative: Extreme lack of amenities and customer service. Despite the management quick responses but they don’t put on the sheets for you (also ridiculous amount of extra fees for sheets and towels which was new to us!!). For them to put on the bed sheets cost extra fee as well! They also don’t provide sponge, toilet paper, etc! No basic amenities at all and we were only given leftover rolls (2 rolls for 6 people for 5 days stay) so we ended up buying 8 more!
Summary: Nice, modern house but extreme lack of amenities and service.
