This is the very popular single family beach house, fondly known as Pink Door. It is on the only real sandy beach in Oceanside. The chic four bedroom beachfront cottage is known for its tremendous location and how fresh and immaculate it is. The spectacular beachfront location is, by far, the best sandy beach in the city. Here you can take long walks on the beach and do not have to contend with the rock seawalls that now block beach access from most beach homes in Oceanside. A true gem. Everything is fresh since it just completed a major remodel. It’s a fun, trendy beachfront home. Location is everything. Your kids can safely boogie board right in front of the house and jump or swim in the waves. You will enjoy watching the sunset into the Pacific ocean from your beachfront deck, taking enjoyable walks down the harbor, or bike ride to all the new restaurants. Don’t forget to kayak in the harbor and even fish from the nearby pier. A total of 10 people including kids and visitors are allowed to enjoy the beach house. The immaculate beach house has a stunning kitchen, fresh bathrooms, and beachy wood plank flooring. By far the most popular feature of this home is its premier location on the largest SANDY beach in Oceanside. No matter the time of year or tides, this is one of the only single-family beach house rentals that can GUARANTEE its guests to always have a beautiful sandy beach, 365 days a year right in front of the house. Just open your door to take long walks on the beach! This exclusive area of beach always is certain to have sand for your kids to boogie board, splash in the gentle waves, play, and make sandcastles. There is no better location to enjoy an active beachfront vacation.
The first floor has one bedroom with a queen bed and a cozy en-suite bathroom. The upstairs has 4 more queen beds for you to select from. We happily furnish the home with all the towels, bedding, and kitchen supplies you will need for your stay on the beach. Also, we have plenty of sand toys, boogies boards, beach chairs. We have free private parking spaces for three cars, high-speed WIFI, and five smart TVs equipped for Netflix in each bedroom as well as the living room. A special treat is a private backyard complete with a deck, lawn, fire pit, and Weber BBQ. It’s a great place to relax after a day on the sand. We even have temperature-controlled a/c in the bedrooms. We have sand toys, beach towels, and boogie boards for the kiddos
The home is located on the strand a quiet, seldom used, one way 15 mph access boardwalk. Bring your bikes and strollers as the strand is a super fun place to bike and stroll!
