Apartment with terrace, bright and cozy of 80m2 in a new building in the neighborhood of Gracia with its friendly squares, bars and trendy restaurants. We are quite flexible with check-in and check-out, if the previous tourists leave the apartment very soon you can enter before the cleaning has begun (you can also leave the bags in my apartment since I live next door to take advantage of the working day). There is a double room (bed 160x200 cm), 2 televisions, DVD player, comfortable fully equipped kitchen and 18m2 terrace equipped with tables, 8 chairs, outdoor shower, 2 sun loungers, parasol and irrigation plants. Sun all day! Located on the front side of the building with a view of a typical Plaza de Gracia with trees. For a maximum of 5 people thanks to the 2 double sofa beds in the living room (bed 160x205 cm and 150x200 cm bed and cot bed on request). The area is very safe and away from the main squares where people drink outside until the early hours is also quiet.
