Beautiful setting in older neighborhood very convenient to ACL festival area and downtown Austin. Our private mother in law travel trailer is found in our very large private backyard. It is an efficiency with outdoor area for relaxing.
It is located just down the street from the bus transfer station. Close to downtown - approximately 3 miles. Less than 10 miles from Circuit of the Americas. Walking distance to tons of restaurants, food trucks, and so many shops and points of interest! Two blocks from St David's hospital. Close to major traffic arteries; only about 5 miles from Austin Bergstrom Airport and 3 miles south of Austin's Zilker Park, and so many other destinations and wonderful restaurants. We have a small refrigerator, stove, and microwave for guest's use. Neighborhood offsite parking is available to guests. Guests have access to firepit out in yard. Outdoor patio furniture is available for guests.
Other things to note
The entry gate to the back yard has a combination lock for privacy; guests will be given a code to enter. There are two beds, one with a queen sized bed and one being the couch bed. The small bathroom has a step-in shower but no bathtub. Small kitchen with double sinks, gas stove, small refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot (or tea pot!) pots and pans, kitchen ware... please feel free in the use of the kitchen.
- Quiet time from 11-8. Guests arriving or leaving during these hours are asked to be as quiet as possible outside when arriving back at the house.
- If guests bring any animals, please give host notice of the type and size of pet. All pets must have a leash. And all pets who are to stay in any room of the house without the tenant present MUST be kenneled.
