This neighborhood is located in Miramar Beach, FL, nestled between Destin and Sandestin along the Emerald Coast of Florida! This is one of the newest homes in Miramar Beach and it is conveniently located near everything! This new home is steps away from the most beautiful white-sand beaches with 500 foot private deeded beach.
This immaculate two-story home has everything to make your family want to return year after year. This home accommodates up to 12 guest and is the perfect choice for large families or a getaway with friends. The four King Suites allows for plenty of space and privacy all with en-suite bathrooms. Upon entering, you will find the perfect living area that invites you to unwind and catch up with family and friends. The large open kitchen features quartz countertops and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. The extra ice machine comes in handy when packing coolers for the beach or pool. This kitchen is fully stocked! The dining table accommodates 8 guest along with 4 seats at the large island and 4 more seats at the round Bistro table. The den area features a large flat-screen SmartTV, electric fireplace and double sofas. Bistro table comes in handy for puzzles, cards or board games with kids. Also, a great place for checking emails or doing a Zoom call. The master suite on lowest level has a large walk-in closet, King size bed and bathroom connected. The bathroom features 2 vanities, double sinks, and large walk-in shower. The laundry room is conveniently located on the first level. Enjoy the large Lanai located just off the den and master suite. All bedrooms have King size beds, large walk-in closets and private baths. Two large balconies are located on the front and back of home. Bunk area is located upstairs with two twin bunks, each with their own TV.
