Our home is self check-in and also self check-out. We like to give our guests as much privacy as possible. We prefer that you communicate with us through the booking channel, but also provide an emergency phone number if needed for emergencies and lock out situations.

In place of a damage deposit, we require a $100 damage waiver which gives guests protection up to $3,000 for any "accidental" damage.
